Hand Molding Method is one of the oldest traditional processes for casting.  Where pattern material is aluminum called aluminum pattern. Weight of Aluminum material is less so it is easy to mold by molder. With help of aluminum pattern we can get good surface quality & good life of pattern.

Now a  days customer always prefer to go with aluminum pattern so it is cost effective also. We can use aluminum material like LM6, HE30, with help of CNC Machining we can get good surface finish of pattern.
